How to add WhatsApp commands
WhatsApp commands are tap targets (slash-style names) in the business chat. In AvenPing, open Settings → WhatsApp commands, pick a line, click Add command, enter a command name and description, then save. You can store up to ten commands per line.

Open WhatsApp commands
Go to Settings → WhatsApp commands.Select the line
Commands are per line. Use the line selector.Click Add command
Click Add command. Enter a command name (letters, digits, and underscores only) and a description customers will read.Save, edit, or delete
Save the command. You can Edit command or delete from the list. Names must be unique on that line. Maximum is ten commands.
TIP
Keep names short (hours, track_order). Put the human-readable text in the description.

How many commands can I add?
Ten per line. Duplicate names on the same line are blocked.
Do commands run my chatbot automatically?
They are Meta conversational commands. Wire chatbot Keywords if you want automation when the customer sends that word.
Why are some characters stripped from the name?
Command names only allow letters, digits, and underscores. Spaces and symbols are removed as you type.
