How to use the AvenPing Dashboard ​

The Dashboard is the first left-nav item after you sign in. It greets you, shows Sent Messages, Delivery Rate, Active Contacts, and Response Rate, then Connected Platforms, QR Generator, Quick Actions, Recent Activity, and Growth Tools.

Prerequisites ​

Step-by-step ​

  1. Open Dashboard
    Sign in at app.avenping.com. Click Dashboard. Read the greeting (Good Morning / Good Afternoon / Good Evening) and “Here’s what’s happening in your workspace today.”

  2. Use Open Inbox and Send Broadcast
    Click Open Inbox for Messages, or Send Broadcast for campaigns.

  3. Scan metric cards
    Review Sent Messages, Delivery Rate, Active Contacts, and Response Rate. Click View All Analytics >> to open Analytics → Overview.

  4. Check Connected Platforms
    Under Connected Platforms, review active lines. Use Connect WhatsApp or Connect WhatsApp Business App when a slot is empty. You can also connect a WABA from Settings → WhatsApp → Connect WABA.

  5. Use QR Generator, Quick Actions, Recent Activity, and Growth Tools
    QR Generator builds a WhatsApp QR. Quick Actions jumps to Attributes, Labels, Quick Replies, and other Settings shortcuts. Recent Activity lists latest notifications. Growth Tools includes QR Code Generator, WhatsApp Button, AvenPing Smart Link, and Message Formatter. If Plan expired appears, click Activate or Log out.

TIP

Agents see metric cards scoped to assigned contacts and Connected Platforms. Full owner cards include QR, Quick Actions, and Growth Tools.

Is Dashboard the same as Analytics → Overview?

Dashboard shows a summary plus shortcuts. Full charts are on How to read AvenPing Analytics Overview.

What does Send Broadcast open?

It goes to campaigns (the same destination as Broadcast → Campaigns). See How to send a WhatsApp broadcast campaign.

Why do I see Plan expired?

Your subscription ended. Click Activate to open Settings → Subscription, or Log out.
