Deleting templates in AvenPing helps you keep your workspace organized by removing outdated or unnecessary templates.

Deleting a template is permanent. Consider duplicating a template before major edits instead of deleting it.

Step-by-Step Guide to Delete a Template ​

  1. Go to avenping.com and click on Login or visit app.avenping.com/login directly.
  2. Navigate to Templates from the sidebar navigation.

Step 2 - Open Templates 3. Locate the template(s) you want to delete:

  • Click on the three-dot menu next to the template.
  • You can also select multiple templates by using the checkboxes. Step 3 - Select Template
  1. Click on Delete. Step 4 - Click Delete
  2. Confirm the deletion if prompted.

Notes ​

  • Once a template is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
  • Deleting multiple templates at once is supported for efficiency.

WARNING

If a template is referenced by a scheduled campaign, deleting it will prevent that campaign from sending.
