How to use AvenPing WhatsApp Business tutorials

AvenPing tutorials are step-by-step how-tos for the web app at app.avenping.com. Start by creating an account, connect a WhatsApp Business Account in Settings → WhatsApp, then send from Messages, create templates in Broadcast → Templates, and launch Broadcast → Campaigns. Automation lives under Automation → Chatbots, not a Flow menu.

Prerequisites

Step-by-step

  1. Create your account and open the Dashboard
Sign up, then log in. Open Dashboard to see line status, credits, and growth tools (QR Generator, chat button, Smart Link, Message Formatter). See How to use the AvenPing Dashboard.

  2. Connect WhatsApp Business
Open Settings → WhatsApp and click Connect WABA. Register and verify the number, then set a primary line if you have more than one. See How to connect WhatsApp Business to AvenPing and How to activate WhatsApp lines.

  3. Send your first inbox message
Open Messages. Select a conversation or click New chat. When the 24-hour window is open, type in Type a message. When it is closed, use paperclip Templates. See How to send and reply to WhatsApp messages in the inbox.

  4. Create a template, then a campaign
Open Broadcast → Templates and click Create Template. After Meta approval, open Broadcast → Campaigns and click Create Campaign. Complete the five steps: contacts, template, variables, schedule, estimate cost. See How to create a WhatsApp message template and How to send a WhatsApp broadcast campaign.

  5. Add a chatbot or an event when you need automation
Open Automation → Chatbots and click Create Chatbot. Set triggers, drag components, then Save. The first-save modal title is Save Flow; the field is Chatbot Name. See How to build a WhatsApp chatbot. For date, follow-up, or webhook template sends, open Automation → Events. See How to send a WhatsApp follow-up after someone messages you.

TIP

Button and menu names in these articles match the web app. The mobile app is a companion: use the Mobile app tutorials after you know the web flow.

FAQ

Where do I connect WhatsApp?

Settings → WhatsApp, then Connect WABA. On Dashboard, the WhatsApp card under Connected Platforms also has Connect WhatsApp. If Meta saved a login but omitted the WABA, use Retry Meta signup or Enter WABA ID. See How to complete a pending WhatsApp Business Account connection.

Is the builder still called Flow?

The sidebar is Automation → Chatbots. Create Chatbot opens the builder. The first-save modal title is still Save Flow; the name field is Chatbot Name. Keep the docs slug create_flow.

Which features are plan-gated?

API Settings and Webhook Settings require Premium or Enterprise. Credit Line appears only when credit line is enabled on the account. Extra WABA slots follow your plan entitlement.

Why are Paytm, Instagram, and Analytics Pricing missing?

Those surfaces are not released in the customer app (Paytm card commented out, Facebook/Instagram not in Settings, Analytics → Pricing commented out). OWNER-only Business pages are internal and are not documented here.
