How to log in to AvenPing
You log in to AvenPing at app.avenping.com/login with the email and password from signup. Admins use the default Login tab. Support staff can switch to Login as agent instead for the agent dashboard.

- An AvenPing account. See How to sign up for AvenPing.
- The email you registered with.
Step-by-step
Open the login page
Visit avenping.com and click Login, or go to app.avenping.com/login.Choose admin or agent
Stay on the default login for the full dashboard. If you are support staff invited as an agent, click Login as agent instead. Use Login as admin instead to switch back.Enter email and password
Type your email and Enter your password. Use the show/hide control if you need to check the password.Click Login
Click Login. On success you land on the dashboard (admin) or the agent inbox.Reset the password if you cannot sign in
Click Forgot Password and follow How to reset a forgotten password. New accounts can click Sign up.
TIP
Agents do not see owner-only pages. If you expected Campaigns or Settings and see a limited inbox, you are on agent login.
FAQ
What is agent login?
Invited team members sign in with Login as agent instead. They work in the agent dashboard (messages and permitted pages), not the full admin app.
I never got a verification email
Check spam. You can still log in after signup if the account was created. If login fails, reset the password or contact [email protected].
Can I stay logged in on more than one device?
Yes. Manage devices later in Settings → Active sessions. See How to manage active sessions.
