How to use Tools on the AvenPing mobile app ​

Tap Tools in the bottom bar. Sections are Grow your business, Organise your chats, Configuration, and Manage your account. Use the matching web tutorial for labels when a screen differs.

Prerequisites ​

Step-by-step ​

  1. Open Tools
    Tap Tools. Header title is Tools.

  2. Grow your business
    Meta Verified (blue tick), Catalogue, Events (subtitle Schedule templates on delay or date). For Events details see How to create an event on the AvenPing mobile app.

  3. Organise your chats
    Labels, Attributes, Quick replies, WhatsApp prompts, WhatsApp commands, One-time messages.

  4. Configuration
    Webhook settings, API settings. Premium or Enterprise required — same as web.

  5. Manage your account
    Profile. Complete sensitive changes (password, delete account) on web Settings → General if the mobile form is limited.

TIP

Metrics at the top of Tools (campaign messages, delivery rate) are snapshots. Full charts are on web Analytics → Overview.
