How to add subscription add-ons ​

Open Settings → Subscription. On your current plan card, click Manage Add-ons (or Set up billing on a trial). Scroll to Add-Ons: Browse the Add Ons Market Place and Modify your existing Plan. Typical extras include extra WhatsApp capacity, chatbots, agents, AI agents, mobile app, and contacts — names match the cards in your catalog.

Step-by-step ​

  1. Open Subscription
    Sign in at app.avenping.com. Open Settings → Subscription.

  2. Click Manage Add-ons
    On the current plan card, click Manage Add-ons. Expired plans show Activate Plan. Trials show Set up billing.

  3. Browse Add-Ons
    Use the Add-Ons grid. Activated cards use a green border. Each card shows monthly or yearly price for your region.

  4. Choose quantity and checkout
    Follow the card action into checkout (same checkout used for plans). Complete payment.

  5. Confirm entitlements
    After payment, extra chatbot slots, agent seats, or WhatsApp add-ons apply to the account. Compare tiers on avenping.com/pricing (Compare Plans).

TIP

Upgrade the base plan when you need a whole tier. Use add-ons when you only need one extra quota.

Add-on names and prices come from the catalog. Only buy cards you see in Add-Ons for your account.
