How to create an event on the AvenPing mobile app ​

On the AvenPing mobile app, open the Tools tab, then Grow your business → Events. The complete create wizard (triggers, audience, webhook, template) lives on web: Automation → Events.

Prerequisites ​

Step-by-step ​

  1. Open Tools
    On the mobile app, tap the Tools tab in the bottom bar. Header title is Tools.

  2. Open Events
    Under Grow your business, tap Events. Subtitle: Schedule templates on delay or date.

  3. Review or create on the list
    Use the mobile Events list to see existing automations. For a new event with Based on a date, After they message you, or Custom webhook, prefer app.avenping.com Automation → Events → Create Event.

  4. Finish on web if the mobile form is limited
    Web is the source of truth for Wait this long, Contact date, webhook Private link, and Start event / Activate event.

  5. Confirm Status
    After you start an event on web, reopen mobile Events or the web table. Status should be Active.

TIP

Use mobile to check the list. Use web for Custom webhook mapping and HMAC secrets.

Where is Events on mobile if I do not see Grow your business?

Events is under Tools → Grow your business. It is not a main tab like Messages.
