How to send a media carousel from a WhatsApp chatbot

Drag Media Carousel from Message Blocks. Add cards with media and captions. This is not Carousel Catalog under Catalog Blocks, which sends catalogue products.

Prerequisites

Step-by-step

1. Open the chatbot
   Open Automation → Chatbots. Edit.

2. Drag Media Carousel
   Components → Message Blocks → Media Carousel. Connect the node.

3. Add cards
   In the sidebar, add carousel cards (image or video as the node allows). Fill each card’s text.

4. Connect the next step
   Wire the outbound handle to the next message or action.

5. Save
   Click Save. Test on mobile.

TIP

Use Catalog Blocks → Carousel Catalog when cards must be WhatsApp catalogue products.

WARNING

Media carousel is session content. After the 24-hour window closes, prefer Send Template.
