How to boost WhatsApp campaign delivery speed ​

On Create Campaign step Schedule Campaign, enable Boost delivery speed when the toggle appears. AvenPing sends using up to 80 parallel lanes. Higher throughput may trigger Meta rate limits or quality restrictions. A monthly boost quota applies.

Prerequisites ​

  • A campaign in progress through Schedule Campaign. See How to send a WhatsApp broadcast campaign.
  • A plan that shows the boost option. If you do not see the toggle, your plan or remaining quota does not include it.

Step-by-step ​

  1. Reach Schedule Campaign
    Sign in at app.avenping.com. Open Broadcast → Campaigns. Click Create Campaign. Complete contacts, template, and variables.

  2. Find Boost delivery speed
    On Schedule Campaign, look for Boost delivery speed. Helper text mentions parallel lanes for your contact count.

  3. Check remaining boosts
    Read X of Y boost campaigns left this month. If it says all boost campaigns are used this month, the switch is disabled.

  4. Turn the switch on
    Enable the toggle. Finish When to send, then Next to Estimate Cost, then Create Campaign.

  5. Watch quality
    After send, open View Analytics. If Meta throttles, pause rather than creating another boosted campaign. See How to pause or cancel a WhatsApp campaign.

TIP

Use boost for large lists that must finish quickly. Leave it off for small lists or new numbers with a tight quality rating.

WARNING

Boost can hit Meta rate limits. It is not a guarantee of faster customer delivery if WhatsApp throttles the line.

FAQ ​

Why is the toggle missing?

The UI only renders Boost delivery speed when showBoostOption is true for your plan and volume. Upgrade or wait until next month if quota is exhausted.

Does boost change template pricing?

No. It changes send parallelism, not Meta category pricing.
