How to connect WhatsApp Business to AvenPing ​

You connect WhatsApp Business to AvenPing with Meta embedded signup. Open Settings → WhatsApp and click Connect WABA. After Meta returns the account, register and verify the phone, then activate it under Active lines.

Prerequisites ​

  • An AvenPing account. See How to sign up for AvenPing.
  • A Facebook/Meta login that can manage the WhatsApp Business Account.
  • A phone number you own (or a number Meta lets you add during signup).

Step-by-step ​

  1. Open WhatsApp settings
    Sign in at app.avenping.com. Click Settings, then WhatsApp. You can also start a fresh connect from the Dashboard WhatsApp card (Connect WhatsApp).

  2. Click Connect WABA
    Click Connect WABA. Complete the Meta window: continue as your Facebook user, grant Aven Technologies permissions, and create or select a WhatsApp Business Account and phone number.

  3. Finish Meta’s number and PIN steps
    Follow Meta’s screens for display name, number, and two-step PIN. AvenPing does not add Meta conversation charges; Meta may still ask for a payment method.

  4. Register and verify if the line is pending
    Back in Settings → WhatsApp, numbers may show as Unregistered or Unverified. Use Register Number and Verify number. See How to register and verify a WhatsApp phone number.

  5. Activate the line
    Under Active lines, assign the phone to an empty slot (for example Line 1). The Primary line is the default for campaigns and templates. See How to activate WhatsApp lines and set a primary line.

WARNING

Where do I start Connect WhatsApp?
