How to export or print a WhatsApp campaign report ​

Open Broadcast → Campaigns → View Analytics. In Campaign stats, click Export report. Use the browser print dialog and Save as PDF when you need a file. Recipient lists have a separate Export.

Step-by-step ​

  1. Open View Analytics
    Sign in at app.avenping.com. Open Broadcast → Campaigns. Open the row menu. Click View Analytics.

  2. Open Campaign stats
    Use the Delivery and Billing tabs so the report includes the metrics you need.

  3. Click Export report
    Click Export report (label Exporting… while it runs).

  4. Print or Save as PDF
    If the report view opens a print layout, use the browser print dialog. Choose Save as PDF as the destination.

  5. Optional: export recipients
    In the recipient table, use Export for a spreadsheet of who was targeted, not the formatted PDF report.

TIP

Export after the campaign has finished sending so Sent / Failed counts are complete.

WARNING

Export report is the formatted campaign PDF path. Recipient Export is a data file. They are not the same button.

FAQ ​

Where is Export report if I only see the table?

Open View Analytics first. The campaigns table does not export the full report.

Can I email the PDF from AvenPing?

No. Save the PDF locally, then attach it in your own email.
