How to add knowledge to an AI agent ​

In the AI agent editor, use Documents, Website Feeds, and FAQs. Documents: Drop files here or click to upload (PDF, CSV, max 10MB). Website Feeds: enter a URL. FAQs: Add FAQ.

Step-by-step ​

  1. Open the agent
    Open Automation → AI Agents. Open the agent.

  2. Upload Documents
    Click Documents. Drop files or click the dashed zone. Accepts PDF, CSV, and Excel (.xlsx, .xls). Toast while uploading. Empty state: No documents uploaded yet. Upload PDFs or CSVs to start. List heading: Uploaded Files.

  3. Add Website Feeds
    Click Website Feeds. Enter a URL (placeholder Enter website URL (e.g., https://example.com)). Toast: Website added successfully. Empty: No websites added yet. Add URLs to scrape content.

  4. Add FAQs
    Click FAQs. Click Add FAQ. Fill question and answer. Save each item.

  5. Wait for status
    Documents show processing status. Ask a test question in the simulator after status is ready.

TIP

Put prices and policies in FAQs for precise answers. Use Documents for long PDFs.

WARNING

Uploads require a linked WhatsApp account. The file input is disabled until whatsappAccount exists.

FAQ ​

Does Web Search replace documents?

No. Web Search is a Settings capability. Knowledge tabs are your private corpus.
