How to check WhatsApp campaign performance ​

WhatsApp campaign analytics show how a broadcast delivered, who read or replied, and what it cost. In AvenPing, open Broadcast → Campaigns, choose View Analytics, then use Campaign stats with the Delivery and Billing tabs. Click Export report to print or save a PDF.

Step-by-step ​

  1. Open Campaigns
    Sign in at app.avenping.com. In the left sidebar, open Broadcast → Campaigns.

  2. Scan the table
    Each row shows Campaign Name, Template Name, Status, and Read, Replied, and Unread percentages. Send Type is Scheduled or Immediate.

  3. Open View Analytics
    Open the three-dot menu and click View Analytics. You can also click the row. The Campaign stats panel opens.

  4. Review Delivery
    Stay on Delivery. Overview shows Total recipients, Delivery rate, Read rate, Reply rate, Read vs reply rate, and Opt-out rate, plus Delivery and Status graphs. Filter the recipient list with Undelivered, Sent, Unread, Read, Replied, or Opted out. Marketing campaigns also show Ecosystem. With a filter selected, use Export to download that recipient list when your role allows it.

  5. Review Billing
    Switch to Billing. Use Breakdown Graph or Detailed Table for billable versus free messages and spend by country. If billing has not landed yet, the panel shows No billing data yet.

  6. Export or print the report
    Click Export report. AvenPing opens the print dialog. Choose Save as PDF (toast: Print dialog opened. Choose “Save as PDF”.).

TIP

Table Read, Replied, and Unread percentages update as WhatsApp delivery events arrive. Open View Analytics again for the latest recipient breakdown.

WARNING

Ecosystem appears on Marketing campaigns only. It counts Meta ecosystem errors, not every failed send.

FAQ ​

Can I export campaign analytics?

Yes. Click Export report on Campaign stats to open print and save a PDF. On a Delivery status filter, Export downloads that recipient list when export is allowed.

Can I view analytics for past campaigns?

Yes. Completed, cancelled, and other historical rows stay on Broadcast → Campaigns. Open View Analytics on any row.

Does AvenPing show per-contact status?

Yes. On Delivery, pick a status chip to see recipients by name, phone number, and status. That is the recipient stats list for the campaign.
