How to edit a draft WhatsApp form

Open Broadcast → Forms. Edit in the row menu is available only while Status is DRAFT. After Publish, use Preview, Responses, or Delete.

Prerequisites

Step-by-step

1. Open Forms
   Sign in at app.avenping.com. Open Broadcast → Forms.

2. Find a DRAFT row
   Check Status. PUBLISHED and DEPRECATED hide Edit.

3. Click Edit
   Open the row menu. Click Edit. The WhatsApp Flow builder opens.

4. Change screens
   Update Form name, Categories, screens, and Run again if you changed content.

5. Publish when ready
   Publish stays disabled until Run succeeds on the current draft.

TIP

Keep a form in DRAFT until copy and fields are final. You cannot edit after publish.

WARNING

There is no edit path for PUBLISHED. Create a new form if you must change a live flow.

Why is Edit missing?

Status is not DRAFT, or your agent lacks forms edit permission.
