How to send a list message from a WhatsApp chatbot ​

Drag List from Action Blocks. Add sections and rows the customer taps in WhatsApp. Do not use a Message node for this; List is the interactive picker.

Step-by-step ​

  1. Open the chatbot
    Open Automation → Chatbots. Edit.

  2. Drag List
    Components → Action Blocks → List. Connect it.

  3. Add sections and rows
    In the sidebar, add list sections and row titles (WhatsApp list limits apply).

  4. Branch on the reply
    Connect handles or following nodes so each row can continue the flow.

  5. Save
    Click Save. Test the list in Test on Mobile.

TIP

Keep row titles short. Customers see them in the WhatsApp list sheet.

WARNING

A list is not a catalogue. For products, use Catalog Blocks.
