How to Delete Flow ?

Deleting a flow in AvenPing allows you to remove outdated or unnecessary automation from your workflow. Follow these steps to safely delete a flow.

Deletion is permanent. Consider disabling the trigger or archiving the flow (if available) when you may need it later.

Steps to Delete a Flow?

  1. Sign in to your AvenPing account

  2. Navigate to Flows

    • Click on Flow in the navigation menu to open the list of existing flows. Step 2 - Open Flows
  3. Select the Flow to Delete

    • Find the flow you want to remove. Click on the three-dot menu next to the flow. Step 3 - Actions Menu
  4. Delete the Flow

    • Click on Delete from the dropdown menu. Step 4 - Click Delete
  5. Confirm Deletion

    • Confirm that you want to delete the flow. Note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

WARNING

If a flow is referenced by active campaigns or webhooks, deleting it will stop those automations. Review dependencies first.

Notes

  • Deleting a flow will remove it from all active campaigns and automations.
  • Ensure that the flow is no longer required or that all dependent processes have been updated before deletion.

Q: Can I recover a deleted flow?

No, once a flow is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Export or document critical logic beforehand.

Q: Can I delete multiple flows at once?

Currently, flows must be deleted individually from the dashboard.
