How to create a campaign on the AvenPing mobile app ​

The AvenPing mobile app can launch a WhatsApp broadcast from the Campaigns tab. Tap the megaphone action button, then complete contacts, template, variables, schedule, and estimate. For exact web labels and Boost/retry toggles, use How to send a WhatsApp broadcast campaign.

Prerequisites ​

  • The AvenPing mobile app signed in to the same account.
  • An approved template and contacts (same as web).

Step-by-step ​

  1. Open Campaigns
    On the app tab bar, open Campaigns. Search campaigns if the list is long.

  2. Start a campaign
    Tap the floating megaphone button to start the wizard.

  3. Complete the wizard
    Select contacts, choose an approved template, map variables, schedule (immediate or date/time), then estimate cost — the same five stages as web.

  4. Confirm on web if something is missing
    Boost delivery speed, retry, and some plan gates are easiest to verify on app.avenping.com Broadcast → Campaigns. After send, open campaign analytics from the mobile list when offered.

Can I only create campaigns on a phone?

No. Use Broadcast → Campaigns → Create Campaign on the web for the full wizard copy.

Where is Estimate Cost on mobile?

The estimate screen is part of the mobile wizard (campaign-estimate). If you do not see it, finish the previous steps or use web.

Do mobile campaigns use the same templates?

Yes. Templates are per WhatsApp line on the account, not a separate mobile library.
