How to send a WhatsApp form from the inbox
A WhatsApp form (Flow) collects structured answers inside the chat. In AvenPing, open Messages, click paperclip → Forms (count shown), pick a published form, edit Header, Body, and CTA, then click Send Form. This requires an open 24-hour window.

- An open 24-hour window. Forms are hidden from the paperclip when the window is closed.
Step-by-step
Open the conversation
Go to Messages and select a chat with an open window.Open Forms
Click the paperclip → Forms. The label shows how many forms exist on the line.Fill Header, Body, and CTA
Defaults are likeComplete this form: {name},Please fill out the {name} form to proceed., and CTA Fill Form. Edit them if needed.Click Send Form
The contact receives a form card. Responses appear on Broadcast → Forms. See How to publish a form and export responses.
TIP
Keep the CTA short. Publish the form before you try to send it from the inbox.
FAQ
Why don’t I see Forms on the paperclip?
The window is closed, or this line has no forms. Reopen with a template, or create a form first.
Can a chatbot send the same form?
Yes. Drag the Form message block in Automation → Chatbots.
Is this the same as a template?
No. Inbox forms are session messages. Templates are pre-approved formats for closed windows and broadcasts.
