How to connect an additional WhatsApp Business Account ​

AvenPing can hold more than one WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) if your plan includes extra WABA connections. Open Settings → WhatsApp and click Connect WABA again, then register, verify, and activate the new numbers as lines.

Prerequisites ​

  • At least one WABA already connected. See How to connect WhatsApp Business to AvenPing.
  • Remaining WABA connection entitlement on your plan. If Connect WABA is blocked, upgrade or add the WhatsApp add-on in Settings → Subscription.

Step-by-step ​

  1. Check current accounts
    Open Settings → WhatsApp. Existing WABAs and phones are listed. Note Active line slots so you know whether you can activate a new number immediately.

  2. Click Connect WABA
    Click Connect WABA. In Meta embedded signup, choose a different WhatsApp Business Account (or create one). Do not reuse the same number already connected.

  3. Register and verify new phones
    New numbers may show Unregistered or Unverified. Follow How to register and verify a WhatsApp phone number.

  4. Activate the new line
    Assign the phone to an empty slot and optionally Set primary. See How to activate WhatsApp lines and set a primary line. Templates, chatbots, and campaigns stay per line.

WARNING

Each WABA has its own Meta quality rating and template namespace. Connecting a second account does not copy templates from the first.

FAQ ​

Why is Connect WABA disabled?

Your plan’s WABA connection entitlement is full. Open Settings → Subscription to upgrade or add capacity.

Can two lines share the same template?

No. Create templates on each line from Broadcast → Templates after you pick that line.

Can I disconnect a WABA later?

You can Deactivate lines. Removing the Meta connection is done from Meta Business settings plus AvenPing support if the account still appears.
