Step-by-step ​

  1. Open Messages
    Launch the app. Tap the Messages tab (bottom navigation). The list header shows AvenPing.

  2. Filter or pick a platform (if you have several lines)
    Use the line sheet titled Platform or Choose platform when it appears. Inbox filters also include Filter by Agent and Filter by Label.

  3. Open a conversation
    Tap a thread. Send and reply using the composer. Template, media, and 24-hour window rules match the web inbox.
