How to choose a plan and subscribe in AvenPing ​

An AvenPing plan unlocks sending limits, team features, and (on Premium or Enterprise) API and webhooks. Open Settings → Subscription, compare AvenPing Subscriptions cards, click Subscribe, Upgrade Now, or Activate Plan, then complete checkout with Monthly or Yearly.

Step-by-step ​

  1. Open Subscription
    Sign in at app.avenping.com. Go to Settings. Under FINANCE, click Subscription. Review AvenPing Subscriptions. The current card may show Active, Free Trial, or Expired.

  2. Compare plan cards
    Three paid tiers appear: the catalog names on the cards (including BASIC, PREMIUM, ENTERPRISE). Empty states include No Active Plan, No Downgrade Available, and No Upgrade Available. Use Compare Plans for the public pricing page.

  3. Start checkout
    On the target card click Get Started, Subscribe, Subscribe now, Upgrade Now, Switch Plan, Activate Plan, Set up billing, or Manage Add-ons—whichever the card shows. If you see Complete your subscription setup, click Complete Setup to finish mandate authorization.

  4. Choose Monthly or Yearly and Add-ons
    In checkout, pick Monthly or Yearly. Review Add-ons if you need extra capacity. Confirm the total, then click Subscribe now, Proceed to checkout, or Pay prorated amount.

  5. Finish payment and confirm
    Complete the payment portal. Return to Settings → Subscription and confirm the plan line (for example billed monthly/yearly and renews date). Open Settings → Receipts to verify the charge.

TIP

Premium and Enterprise unlock Settings → API Settings and Settings → Webhook Settings. Other plans show Premium or Enterprise plan required.

WARNING

If the dashboard shows Plan expired, click Activate (or Log out). You cannot keep sending until the plan is active again.

FAQ ​

What is the Free Trial card?

If you are on a trial, the current card shows Free Trial and a trial end date. Use Subscribe now or Set up billing to move to a paid plan.

Where do I add extra lines or capacity?

Use the Add-Ons section under Settings → Subscription (Browse the Add Ons Market Place and Modify your existing Plan) or Manage Add-ons on the current plan card.

How do I see what I already paid?
