How to set AvenPing notification preferences
Notification preferences control which AvenPing events can alert this browser. Open Settings → Notifications, allow Browser Permission, then toggle Chats, Campaigns, Plan expiry, and System updates. Preferences apply to this browser only.

Open Notifications
Click Settings. Under PERSONAL, click Notifications.Allow Browser Permission
In Browser Permission, use the control that asks the browser to allow push alerts on this device.Set Notification Preferences
Under Notification Preferences, toggle Chats, Campaigns, Plan expiry, and System updates. Each switch applies to this browser only; other devices keep their own settings.Confirm the toast
AvenPing toasts that the type was enabled or disabled on this device.Reset to Defaults (optional)
Click Reset to Defaults to turn all four types back on for this browser.
TIP
Turning a type off does not delete inbox messages. It only stops push alerts for that category in this browser.

Why didn’t I get a desktop alert?
Grant Browser Permission first. Then confirm the matching toggle (Chats, Campaigns, Plan expiry, or System updates) is on.
Do these settings sync to my phone?
