How to use the AvenPing credit line ​

The credit line is a prepaid balance AvenPing can debit for WhatsApp sending. Settings → Credit Line appears only when creditLineEnabled is on for the account. If it is off, the FINANCE nav hides Credit Line (or the page says it is not enabled).

Prerequisites ​

  • An AvenPing account where the owner has turned creditLineEnabled on. You cannot enable this toggle yourself on Credit Line if it is off—contact your account owner.
  • Access to Settings.
  • A payment method for recharge (Razorpay for INR, Stripe otherwise).

Step-by-step ​

  1. Confirm Credit Line is in Settings
    Sign in at app.avenping.com. Open Settings. Under FINANCE, look for Credit Line between Subscription and Receipts. If the item is missing, creditLineEnabled is off for this account.

  2. Open Current balance
    Click Credit Line. If enabled, you see Current balance. If not enabled, the panel says Credit line is not enabled for your account and Contact your account owner to activate it.

  3. Enter Amount to add
    Under Add credits to your balance, fill Amount to add. Optional chips include +500, +1000, and +2500 (in your currency symbol). Review Total payable (taxes and platform fees apply).

  4. Add credits
    Click Add credits. AvenPing opens the payment portal (Opening payment portal). For INR accounts, recharge can stay disabled until the balance meets the 500 minimum shown in the tooltip (Your minimum balance should be 500 to recharge.).

  5. Wait for the balance to update
    After payment, the app may show Payment received / Updating your balance…. Refresh Settings → Credit Line and confirm Current balance. Use Settings → Receipts for the related charge when it appears.

WARNING

Settings → Credit Line appears only when creditLineEnabled is on for the account. Sharing Cloud API webhooks can also show Blocked (plan / credit line) when this balance is exhausted.

FAQ ​

Why is Credit Line missing from Settings?

The nav item is added only when userInfo.creditLineEnabled is true. It is not a plan upgrade toggle on this screen.

What currency is the balance in?

The page uses your account default currency. INR recharges go through Razorpay; other currencies use Stripe checkout (sales tax at Stripe).

Are credits the same as a subscription?

No. Subscription is your plan. Credit Line is an optional prepaid wallet that exists only when creditLineEnabled is on.
