How to send catalogue messages from the inbox
WhatsApp catalogue messages show products from your connected catalogue. In AvenPing, open Messages, click paperclip → Catalogue, then choose Catalogue Message, Single Product Catalogue, Multi-Product Catalogue Message, or Carousel Catalogue Message. Fill required body/header text and send.

Step-by-step
Open the chat
Go to Messages and select the conversation.Open Catalogue
Click the paperclip → Catalogue.Choose a format
Pick Catalogue Message, Single Product Catalogue, Multi-Product Catalogue Message, or Carousel Catalogue Message.Fill required text and send
Catalogue Message and carousel require Body Text. Multi-product requires Header Text and Body Text (header default is Recommended products). Single product body is optional. Then send (Send Catalogue Message, Send Single Product, Send Multi-Product Message, and so on).
TIP
Keep product data in Catalogue in sync before you send. Empty catalogues produce empty or failed cards.
FAQ
How is this different from a catalogue template?
Inbox catalogue messages are session product cards. Catalogue/SPM/MPM templates are Meta-approved formats you can also use in campaigns. See How to create a carousel or catalogue template.
Can a chatbot send the same products?
Yes. Use Catalog Blocks in Automation → Chatbots.
Body text is required — why?
WhatsApp requires body copy on catalogue and multi-product/carousel cards. AvenPing blocks send until those fields are filled.
